You are the Project Manager. You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all projects under your care. So, first things first.
First. You start with yourself and build your self-confidence. Know that you can achieve the object of your purpose. You demand that you be persistent and always keep working toward your goal/that one purpose you wish to achieve. Promise yourself to do what you have to do to have financial strength and wellness to help yourself and your family, relatives, and friends. Next, get ready to do the do.
Like my aunt used to say, “The best way to get ready is to be ready.”
[Note: She never said she was the first to say it.]
Second. Start by working on building ideas that support your goals, always keeping your thoughts in line with the object of your purpose, the plan, and your method of action. And, you will find yourself fueled with new thoughts and new ideas which, like magic, you begin to see as things that will move you toward the direction you want to go.
Third. Know that you become more and more of what you think. So spend time thinking about what you want to become. Do this on purpose. Take a few minutes each day (three to ten minutes will work wonders).
Fourth. Write down what you want to be and never stop trying. Whatever that is, memorize it and repeat it aloud once a day. You can put this on the calendar on your phone with a particular time and day of the week. A notification will now pop up once every day and keep you on target for success.
Fifth. Keep this thought and promise, “To always be fair and honest with all people.” You will attract people to you, which will help you gain the help you need to get the job done. You can help eliminate selfishness, hatred, and envy by working on loving all people. So to complete the projects under your care, you have to show others you care. Believe in them, and they will believe in you, and you will believe in yourself.
Like my aunt used to say, “Let me know if you need help.”
You are the Boss. Lastly, check what is working and why and look at what did not work and why. Next, you set plans to review projects once a month and then go once a week with the long-term goal to gradually work and develop methods and plans to do this at the end of each day as a team. As the trust in yourself grows, so will your business grow. You will find that you have kept your promise and gained self-confidence. You have to keep your thoughts in line with the object of your purpose, and you are now more of what you want to be because you have memorized it, and your faith continues to influence your thoughts and actions as you become the Boss and successful person you wished to be.
Like my aunt used to say, “Learn from past mistakes, not to point fingers.”
